Michael continued his journey through various technology leadership roles at eBET, Tabcorp, and Scientific Games and his latest role at Light and Wonder was both a technology and commercial leadership role partnering with US-based executive leadership and India-based technology teams. Throughout this leadership path, Michael has been at the forefront of delivering innovative revenue generating products and opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region. Some examples are the delivery of enhanced LCD based user interfaces called Pathway for eBET, a loyalty and YourPlay enabled system for eBET in VIC, and a multi-protocol TITO enabled system across X-Series, QCOM, SAS and ASP EGMs at SkyCity Entertainment Group properties.

Having operated from embedded and gaming machine protocol-level engineering through to enterprise architecture and executive decision-making, Michael provides clear, practical guidance grounded in real-world delivery. This end-to-end perspective enables clients to make confident technology decisions that are commercially aligned, regulator-ready, and built for long-term scale.
